At bilkey.eu you can only order goods via our website.
All prices are shown incl. VAT and any payment fees. The prices are daily prices and in EUR (€)

All orders are sent from our own warehouse in Denmark. The delivery time is 2-5 working days.

We do not deliver packages to countries outside the EU.


Right of withdrawal – If you regret your purchase

You have a 30-day full right of withdrawal when you shop at www.bilkey.eu.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

If you want to return an item, you pay the return shipping yourself.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. The original packaging is often an essential part of the product and ensures that it can be packed / sent securely. You are welcome to inspect the product, but do not use it. Example: If you buy a pair of shoes, you are welcome to try them on to see if they fit, but you must not go for a run as this will deteriorate the condition of the product. A good rule to remember is that the item must be returned in a condition for which you will pay full price yourself.
The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item’s sales value.
When purchasing sealed sound/image recordings and computer programs, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal is broken.

If there is protective film on the product, do not remove it.

It is not possible to deliver returned goods in person at our address.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

In the case of volume sales for businesses, we reserve the right to waive the right of return. This will be communicated by email before the order is dispatched.

Complaints

Det sker desværre at en vare går i stykker under transporten. Hvis du modtager en defekt vare skal du gøre følgende:

If the complaint is approved, we can either exchange the item or refund the money. It is assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the new item may have a delivery time of 1 – 2 weeks.

When you shop at www.bilkey.eu, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

How soon should I make a complaint?

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the lack of the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Once we have received your inquiry, we will send you a detailed description of the further process shortly afterwards. In most cases, we choose to credit the item and give you the money back.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at www.bilkey.eu, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with bilkey.eu and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
